You have a choice

An unplanned pregnancy can be a crisis for anyone no matter what age you are or what your circumstances may be.
Or perhaps you have been advised of a possible foetal anomaly and you face an agonising decision about what to do next.
Making a decision at a time like this can be confusing, upsetting and a difficult experience.
You may be feeling a whole range of emotions such as shock, numbness, confusion, rejection or anxiety.
You may be experiencing disbelief or denial of your current situation.
You may be finding it hard to think straight.

Whatever your age or your personal circumstances, we can offer you free and unbiased support.
The Well Pregnancy Choices Centre, Cheltenham is a safe place where our specially trained practitioners will listen and provide you with the space you need to think, talk, and work through all your options for example, continuing with the pregnancy or choosing an abortion. You will be given the chance to explore your feelings, so that you can make an informed decision which is right for you.
If you (and your partner) make an informed, unrushed decision, one that is not based on fear, panic or manipulation, you are far more likely to feel comfortable with the choice you have made.
Our free and confidential* support is available to everyone: women, men and couples. You can come on your own, or you are welcome to bring a friend or relative with you.
If you are wondering whether you may be pregnant, we also offer free pregnancy testing with trained practitioners.

I cannot thank you enough for the time today. I wrote down for myself afterwards that it felt like a weight was lifted and I could breathe air again for that hour. It doesn't make the decision easier but it helped to feel like I've thought it through a bit more. My husband also wanted me to thank you- he said speaking to you has clearly helped me and that has been a massive support and help to him too, so thank you!
*All our support is confidential; therefore it will not be shared with anyone outside of the organisation (unless in the rare case you disclose something that indicates you or someone else is at risk of harm. We may then have to inform someone, but you will be kept fully aware of any actions we take, unless there is a risk to ourselves, or someone else, in doing so.)
