Will my session be confidential?

All sessions are completely confidential to the centre.
The only exception to this would be if there was a safeguarding issue, where we felt someone could be at risk if the relevant authority was not informed. A client's consent to this would be asked for and they would be kept informed of this decision.

Do I have to pay?

All our services are completely free of charge.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes all our sessions are by appointment only.

Can I get a scan at your premises?

No, we are not a medical facility, but we will be able to signpost you to the nearest centre able to assist you.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes of course, you can bring a friend, partner or family member with you if you would feel more comfortable having someone with you.

Can I get an abortion at your centre?

No, we are not a medical facility.

Can you help me tell my parents?

Accepted Answer

If you are struggling to tell your parents about your pregnancy, we can offer ways to help you, these may include leaflets you can take home to show them or making an appointment with them and you together.

Do you offer counselling over the phone/Zoom?

Yes, we offer face to face appointments as well as via Zoom or Teams or the telephone whichever is most suitable for you.
